The way we work is always guided by your needs, your boundaries and your consent. Ritual, ceremony and deeper transformational practices are never assumed. They are offered with care, discussed clearly, and shaped around what feels meaningful and supportive for you.

Whether you are navigating motherhood, grief, identity shifts, relationship changes, menopause, burnout, birth, loss, or a sense that life is calling you in a new direction, my work offers a grounded and compassionate space to Remember, Release, Reclaim and Rebirth.

I don’t believe healing is about fixing what is broken.

I believe it is about making space for what has been carried, honouring what has changed, and reconnecting with the wisdom, strength and wholeness that have always been within you.

The teachings and learnings that I have experienced and drawn upon through life and in my work are too numerous to mention. Anything, or anyone, that I have ever had contact with throughout my life, will have its own thread in what I offer and it is not always possible to single out ideas, thoughts, practices and teachings and credit them to any one person or group. However, where this is possible, I will do so, to the best of my ability.
