HEALING RITUALS
For when something deeper is asking to be heard
Sometimes words only take us so far.
You may understand what is happening in your life, and still feel that something deeper is asking for attention.
Perhaps you are moving through a profound transition, carrying grief or loss, feeling disconnected from yourself, noticing an old pattern, or sensing that the life you have known no longer fits who you are becoming.
Healing and ritual work offers a more experiential way of listening.
This is where I work differently
We begin with where you are & listen for what feels ready, meaningful & supportive.
This work brings together embodied, symbolic, intuitive and reflective practices to support personal transformation. Rather than focusing only on the mind, we create space to listen to the whole of you: your body, your beliefs, your emotions, your energy, your story, your boundaries and your deeper sense of knowing.
No practice is assumed. No belief system is required. Every ritual, embodied practice, intuitive process or shamanic approach is discussed with you first, and you are always welcome to pause, decline, slow down, ask questions, or change direction.
There is no formula. We begin with where you are and listen for what feels ready, meaningful and supportive.
When you know something needs to change
You don’t have to be in crisis to seek deeper support.
You may be:
- standing at a crossroads and unsure which way to go
- moving through grief, loss or the ending of an important chapter
- experiencing a major shift in identity, motherhood, relationship or midlife
- feeling disconnected from yourself or your sense of aliveness
- aware of patterns or beliefs that continue to hold you back
- carrying experiences that feel difficult to shift through talking alone
- longing to reconnect with your intuition and inner knowing
- ready to consciously release an old way of being
- feeling called towards ritual, ceremony or a more experiential form of healing
- Sometimes you don’t have the words, you simply have a feeling: Something needs to change.

A different way of working
My work weaves together several modalities and practices. What we use is guided by your intention, your comfort, your consent and what feels appropriate for the work we are doing together.
You do not need to know which modality you need before we begin. You do not need to understand the process in advance. We talk it through together, and you remain in choice throughout.
The ways we can work together
You may arrive with a very clear intention. Or you may simply know that something no longer feels right. You don’t need to understand every modality. You don’t need to have the right words.
And you don’t need to know exactly where this is going to take you. We begin with where you are.
From there, we listen, explore and create the space for something different to become possible. Your transformation doesn’t have to be forced. Sometimes it begins with simply being willing to listen to what is already asking to be heard.
You don’t need to decide which modality you need before you reach out.
That is part of our conversation.
Some sessions may centre around one particular practice. Others may weave several approaches together depending on where you are and what you are moving through.
Let’s begin with a conversation
You don’t need to know which service is right for you. Tell me a little about what has brought you here.
Shamanic Therapies
Shamanic practices can offer a way of exploring the layers of experience that sit beneath conscious thought.
Through practices such as guided journeying, energy work, symbolism, ritual and intuitive exploration, we create space for release, reconnection and a deeper relationship with yourself.
This work can be particularly meaningful during times of transition, grief, identity change and personal transformation.
You don’t need previous experience with shamanic work.
You don’t need to believe in anything in particular. We will discuss each practice clearly before using it, and you decide what feels aligned, useful and respectful of your body, beliefs, culture and boundaries.
My work does not claim to represent any culture, lineage, ceremony, or tradition that is not mine to hold. Ritual is approached with care, humility and respect for the limits of what can ethically be offered in this setting.
Shamanic therapies are complementary practices. They are not a replacement for medical care, psychological therapy, crisis support, or other professional healthcare.
Sometimes you consciously know what you want to change, yet part of you continues to respond in familiar ways.
PSYCH-K® is a belief-change process designed to work with subconscious patterns and beliefs that may be influencing how you think, feel and respond.
Using structured PSYCH-K® balances, we work with beliefs you would like to explore and identify what a more supportive belief might look like for you.
This process can be a helpful addition to counselling and other therapeutic work, particularly when you understand something intellectually but still feel that change has not fully landed in your body or everyday life.
The work is not about forcing yourself to think positively or bypassing what you have lived through. It is about creating an opportunity to relate differently to the beliefs and patterns you have been carrying.
You remain in choice throughout the process. We work only with beliefs you choose to explore, and you can pause, stop, or redirect the session at any time.
PSYCH-K® is a belief-change process and is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, crisis support, or other professional healthcare.
Closing of the Bones is a cloth-wrapping ritual inspired by postpartum and life-transition practices found across different cultures.
Using woven cloths, the body is gently and intentionally wrapped and held. Touch, pressure, pace and positioning are discussed with you beforehand, and your consent guides the entire process.
For some women, this becomes a deeply meaningful ritual of completion. A way of acknowledging what has been lived, and of honouring the body. A way of gathering yourself back after a period of giving, change, birth, loss, grief, depletion, or transition.
It can be particularly meaningful after childbirth, relationship endings, significant life changes, or periods when you have felt stretched beyond yourself.
There is no need to have a particular story or reason. There is no expectation that the ritual should feel a certain way. Sometimes the body simply knows it is ready to be met with care.
This practice is offered with cultural humility and does not claim ownership of any lineage, tradition, or ceremony that is not mine to hold.
