SACRED THRESHOLD SUPPORT

Have you ever reached a point in your life where you thought…

“Something is wrong with me.”

“Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?”

“Why does the life I created suddenly feel like it doesn’t fit?”

I want to offer you another possibility. Maybe you are not breaking down. Maybe you are moving through a rite of passage.

My name is Shekinah, and for over 20 years I have walked alongside women through profound moments of transformation. I have witnessed again and again that there are seasons in life where an old version of ourselves begins to fall away…and before the new version emerges, we often find ourselves in the unknown.

This space can feel frightening. But it can also be deeply sacred. So today I want to share seven signs that you may not be falling apart…you may actually be crossing a threshold.

🌑 Sign One: You no longer feel connected to the person you used to be
Maybe the things that once motivated you no longer inspire you. Relationships, roles, careers, or identities that once felt comfortable may suddenly feel restrictive. This can feel confusing because nothing is necessarily ‘wrong’. But something inside you knows you have changed.

This is often the beginning of transformation.

🌒 Sign Two: You feel called to go deeper
You may find yourself asking bigger questions.

“Who am I really?”

“What is meaningful to me now?”

“What am I here to create or contribute?”

This questioning is not always a crisis. Sometimes it is your deeper wisdom asking you to listen.

🌓 Sign Three: You are grieving something you cannot fully explain
One of the most misunderstood parts of transformation is grief. You may be grieving an old identity. A dream that no longer fits. A version of yourself you have outgrown.

Even beautiful transitions involve endings. Honouring that grief allows something new to emerge.

🌔 Sign Four: You feel like you are between worlds
This is the threshold space. The old way has ended, but the new way has not fully arrived yet.

This space can feel uncomfortable because we naturally want certainty. But transformation often asks us to develop trust before we have all the answers.

🌕 Sign Five: Your sensitivity increases
You may notice you are more affected by people, environments, conversations, and energy. You may need more solitude. You may feel called to simplify.

This is not weakness. Sometimes increased sensitivity is an invitation to become more deeply connected to yourself.

🌖 Sign Six: You feel a desire to release what is no longer aligned
You may feel called to clear things out.

Old patterns. Old beliefs. Old commitments. Old versions of yourself.

Transformation requires space. You cannot step into a new chapter while tightly holding onto the previous one.

🌗 Sign Seven: A deeper version of you is trying to emerge
Perhaps beneath the uncertainty, there is also a quiet knowing. A feeling that something new is waiting. A deeper purpose. A more authentic expression of who you are.

The discomfort is not always a sign that something is wrong. Sometimes it is the invitation to become more fully yourself.

If you recognise yourself in these signs, I want you to know this…

You are not alone on this journey.

And you do not have to navigate these thresholds without support. My work is about creating a safe, grounded space for people moving through these powerful transitions.

Through embodied wisdom, therapeutic practices, and deep transformational work, I support women as they release what no longer serves them and step into what is waiting to emerge.

So if something inside you knows you are standing at a threshold…I invite you to reach out.

Perhaps this is not your breakdown - Perhaps this is your becoming!
