Why I Blended Clinical Midwifery with Shamanic Medicine (And an Invitation)
If you’ve been in my orbit for a while, you know I don’t do surface-level. As a Leo Sun, my soul’s natural setting is to shine a massive, radiant spotlight on the spaces where women have been left in the dark. I am fiercely passionate about maternal sovereignty. I want you to feel like the absolute queen of your birth space, not a passive patient to whom birth simply “happens.”
But if you look at my cosmic blueprint, that fiery Leo passion is held by a deeply gentle, harmonising container. With both my Rising and Moon in Libra, I am hardwired to crave deep beauty, justice, and relational harmony. My heart breaks when I see the jarring, clinical coldness that too many women experience in standard maternity care. I deeply feel the incongruence of birth trauma. My Libra soul naturally seeks to bridge that gap, to bring peace, beauty, and emotional balance back to the most sacred rite of passage a woman will ever walk through.
For years, I’ve been doing the classic 3/5 Manifesting Generator dance. If you know Human Design, you know the Line 3 is the “martyr/experimenter.”
Translation: I don’t just read things in textbooks. I live them.
I have bumped my head, walked through the fire of my own traumatic birth experience, and experimented with countless healing modalities for over two decades. I spent the first five years of my daughters life in the trenches of my own postpartum processing, just to try and understand my own experience.
As a Manifesting Generator, I move fast, I pivot, and I have the sustainable, multi-passionate life-force energy to master everything from Kahuna (Hawaiian Temple Style) bodywork and PSYCH-K® subconscious rewiring, to shamanic therapies and holistic counselling.
And as a Line 5? I am here to be the practical guide. I take all that messy, real-world experimentation, strip away what doesn’t work, and deliver the universal, battle-tested, evidence-based solutions that actually work for you.
