A Rite of Passage

With origins in Russia, Morocco and Mexico, this ritual is usually performed on post partum mothers. It is designed to bring you fully and completely back to yourself after the birthing journey. The tight wrapping and gentle rocking help to physically and energetically ‘close’ the expansive spaces that a woman opens herself to during pregnancy and childbirth.

For Major Life Transitions

The ceremony can look different depending on the practitioner you choose. I blend many modalities and my sessions can include:

  • A Birth Debriefing (or counselling session)
  • Time on the Chi Machine (to help reset the nervous system)
  • Shamanic Energy Clearing (external auric clearing and cleaning, including cord cutting)
  • Shamanic Therapy (which can include past life resolution, karmic baggage, family patterns, childhood trauma and other relevant metaphysical work)
  • PSYCH-K® Rebalancing (subconscious belief rewiring and repatterning)

  • Session Debrief (which you are welcome to record)

It’s NOT just for new mothers!

Traditionally this ritual is done at around 6 weeks postpartum. And while it is deeply nourishing for new mothers to experience, encouraging uterus contraction, core connection and hip stabilisation…

It is equally transformative for any women who feel like they need closure in any area of life.

Whether it is birth related or aligned with another major life transition, it will honour the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental journey that you are on (or have been through).

It can support those experiencing BIRTH | DIVORCE | DEATH | LOSS | CHANGE
